Spring Art Scene Gallery Walk — April 24–25, 2026 | Rockford, Illinois
Posted on
I’m excited to share that my work will be part of the Spring Art Scene Gallery Walk in Rockford this April.
This city-wide event brings together galleries, artists, and creative spaces across downtown Rockford for a weekend dedicated to art, community, and discovery. It’s one of those moments where art steps out of the studio and into conversation—where you can experience work in person, move from space to space, and feel the energy of a shared creative atmosphere.
This year, you can find my work at the Top Rooftop Bar & Lounge (12th floor) inside
Embassy Suites by Hilton Rockford Riverfront — an official ArtScene venue overlooking the river and downtown. It’s a beautiful setting to experience the paintings, especially as the light shifts into evening.
Event Details
Friday, April 24 — 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Saturday, April 25 — 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM
During the Gallery Walk, my paintings — including Along the River and Bridge Over a River — will be on view alongside a range of other artists, each bringing their own perspective and voice. These works continue my exploration of light, movement, and quiet presence—moments that ask you to slow down and look a little longer.

If you’ve only seen my work online, this is a different experience entirely. Seeing the texture, scale, and subtle shifts in person is something I always hope people get the chance to do.
If you’re nearby, I would love for you to stop in, spend some time with the work, and be part of the weekend.
Warmly,
Alice
